Cindy Bowen
Executive Director
...formerly served as Executive Director of the Binghamton and Broome County YWCA, Binghamton, NY. She has also been a Program Director in a variety of non-profit agencies. Cindy holds a B.S. in Education from SUNY Cortland, and has been a volunteer for the Aging Futures Committee for the Office of the Aging, Broome County, NY, the United Way, and the Girl Scouts of the USA.
Cindy relocated to Troy, NH from NY with her partner John two years ago. She has a grown son. For 8 years she provided the care and coordinated the support that was necessary to keep her seriously incapacitated mother at home. She knows first-hand what it is like to assemble resources needed to support people in their own home.

Steffie Kyte
Local Coordinator - Jaffrey & Rindge
... is a retired educator who worked as a guidance counselor on the middle school level in the Berkshires before moving to Jaffrey a year and a half ago. Steffie graduated from UConn and later received her Master's degree in Guidance.
Her husband, Bob, is the minister of First Church in Jaffrey, and the two have four married children and three grandchildren. Steffie sings with the Monadnock Community Chorus, is a Hospice volunteer, and once a week she volunteers at the Jaffrey food pantry.

Sandra Faber
Local Coordinator - Hancock & Dublin
... has worked for two New Hampshire non-profits, managing their operations, marketing and event planning. She holds a B.S. in Business/Marketing from Bentley University. Sandra is actively engaged in her community of Hancock; volunteering for the local schools, the Hancock Congregational Church and the Hancock Community Suppers. She has lived in Hancock for 12 years with her husband, Paul and their two children. When not at MaH, Sandra enjoys hiking, camping, kayaking and gardening with her family. She is excited to work with local seniors in her new role at MaH!
