Lunch Meeting with Dr. Shippee at Monadnock Community Hospital. CANCELLED due to low registration.

MaH will offer an opportunity for members to participate in a health and wellness discussion with Dr. Lucas Shipppee of MCH. Discussion topics may include but will not be limited to the following:

Comprehensive wellness (physical & mental) as related to aging
Dietary needs and exercise regimens
Medications: over-the-counter vs. prescription
Health screenings and immunizations

Please feel free to bring a brown bag lunch. MaH will provide beverages and dessert.

Location is at MCH, in the Conference room off the main lobby, across from the gift shop.
